Pregnancy Center North, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) medical clinic that has been providing free pregnancy-related services for women in the Baltimore community since 1982. We are under the supervision of a well–respected physician and adhere to federal and state guidelines for best practices for medical clinics.

All of our services are free and confidential.

Womens Center West has been serving women in West Baltimore since 1984. We have been operating as a medical clinic, providing ultrasounds, since 2005. We operate under the direction of a medical doctor and have 7 registered nurses on staff. Our counselors are specially trained in pregnancy options. All of our services are free and confidential. Our mission is to serve women and provide them with information and support so that they can make safe and conscientious decision regarding a pregnancy. We do not provide or promote abortion or contraception.

Women's Care Center provides free, confidential counseling, support and education for pregnant women. Free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds help determine viability and dates (prenatal medical care and abortions not provided).

Our two resource centers allow us to offer material assistance like diapers, formula and wipes to moms in need. Additionally, our clients can access free online educational parenting classes, empowering women with the necessary tools needed to build strong families. At Options Baltimore, we offer material assistance like diapers, formula and wipes to moms in need. Additionally, our clients can access free online educational parenting classes, empowering women with the necessary tools needed to build strong families.

We are an all volunteer organization supporting needy women facing crisis pregnancies and their children.

In 2019, the Gabriel Project Cluster:

• Distributed grocery food cards totaling over $34,000 to 130+ low-income families.
• Provided approximately 47,000 diapers and over 500 containers of baby wipes to 130+ low-income women and their babies.
• Provided diaper bags with baby lotion, shampoo, blankets, bottles, and other essential baby items to over 60 women facing crisis pregnancies.
• Provided $16,520 in financial assistance for pre-natal care to 46 low-income women facing crisis pregnancies.
• Provided clothing for both cold and warm seasons in approximately 400 requests made by 130+ needy mothers and their families, ranging from 1 to 5 children each, including full wardrobes, socks, underwear, shoes, boots, coats, hats, and gloves. We provided toys and books in each of the approximately 400 requests as well.
• Provided 58 new cribs and 62 new mattresses, as well as 116 sets of baby crib sheets, to approximately 55 low-income mothers and their babies at a cost of over $11,000.
• Provided new double strollers to 5 needy families and new single strollers to 35+ needy families, at a cost of about $4,900.
• Provided over 140 cans of infant formula, valued at approximately $4,800, to approximately 50 mothers.

The goal and purpose of the Center are to enable women to make educated and healthy decisions about their pregnancies and their sexuality, while preserving and nurturing the lives of their unborn babies. We promote abstinence and traditional family values. Since our doors opened in January 1984, over 23,000 persons have received help from the FPC. Most were women who were pregnant or who thought they might be. More than 23,000 have received direct services by coming into the Center and others were helped by phone through information and education. ALL FPC SERVICES ARE FREE.

Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center is a Faith based 501(c)3 non-profit organization offering help and support to women, men and their families who are in a crisis pregnancy. Our goal is to provide compassionate care as well as complete, accurate information pertaining to pregnancy and pregnancy options.

In addition to the Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center offering free pregnancy testing, we provide counseling, mentoring, childbirth classes and parenting classes (which includes a fatherhood initiative program). We also support families and their babies by offering free material resources.

Pregnancy Care Clinic of the Eastern Shore is a not for profit organization providing unconditional support to anyone facing the challenges of a crisis or unintended pregnancy. ESPC has been providing support to women, men, and their families since 1982. Our center exists to provide accurate information in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. The Pregnancy Center's sole purpose is to help families in need, as well as crisis pregnancies through counseling and support. Our staff is comprised of kind, caring and loving people who volunteer their time.

Chester County Women’s Services provides free medical services for women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy. If you need a supportive place to make a decision and learn about your pregnancy options - start with us. We also provide information on emergency contraceptives, medical abortions, abortion procedures, abortion pill reversal, and at-home abortion pill.
