Mental Wellness Ministry Prayer Meeting

Saturday, March 28 - 11 AM

At The Stable at Christ the King Church

Please join us for the first Mental Wellness Ministry Prayer Meeting, a new ministry dedicated to providing compassionate accompaniment through prayer, presence, and community support.

This gathering will begin with prayer, followed by a video presentation from the Sanctuary Course for Catholics. We will then share a brown-bag lunch together while participants are invited - if they wish- to reflect on the presentation or share experiences related to mental health challenges, either personally or as someone who loves and supports another.

Our goal is to come together as a safe, non-judgmental, faith-centered community offering hope, understanding and prayer while helping to reduce the isolation often associated with mental health struggles. This group is open to those with lived experience and to all who walk alongside them.

Please bring a brown-bag lunch; drinks and dessert will be provided.

"For I know well the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." - Jeremiah 29:11
